Treatments that are more efficient
Q-Switched lasers generate a high-powered beam of laser light in an extremely short pulse and are the most suitable lasers for tattoo removal treatment.
The very short pulse of high powered laser light is absorbed by the tattoo ink particles, breaking them down into smaller pieces, enabling your natural immune defences to absorb and disperse the ink. A gradual fading of the tattoo occurs over a series of treatments.

For effective multi-coloured tattoo removal Quanta’s Q-PLus C uses the ultimate Q-Switched laser that offers 3 different treatment wavelengths: 1064 nm, 532 nm and 694 nm. The colour of a tattoo will determine which wavelength is more effective at removing the tattoo. These wavelengths can be safely and effectively used for superior results.

Square or Circlular laser spot
An important feature of the Quanta Q-Plus C is its square shaped spot. The square spot is the best one for reaching maximum efficacy in tattoo treatment, as it covers the whole area without overlapping, leaving minimal untreated areas.
This is called a homogeneous pulse. As a consequence the removal process is as uniform as possible, the energy is distributed equally, and side effects are minimised.
The Quanta Q-Plus C has various spot sizes that allow great treatment flexibility according to skin type, depth and the pigment of the tattoo.
Increasing the contact area affects the pigments in-depth while protecting the surrounding tissues. Each spot also has its own focal lens that allows optimal energy delivery, which maximises the effectiveness of each treatment.
